Functional Flow

A blend of movements with a focus on strength, flexibility, and balance. Guided by an understanding of anatomy and physiology, this class prioritizes injury prevention while challenging and empowering participants to explore their full range of motion. Creative sequences and functional exercises will leave you feeling stronger, more mobile, and connected to your body. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or just beginning, this class meets you where you are and helps you grow.

Yoga for All

Yoga for All is an inclusive online class that welcomes participants of every skill level, fostering a supportive atmosphere. Enjoy a harmonious mix of movement and breathwork tailored to enhance flexibility, build strength, and promote mindfulness, with modifications to ensure comfort and accessibility for all.

Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement is a Kripalu-inspired Gentle Hatha class that accommodates both beginners and experienced practitioners looking to reconnect with foundational techniques. This class emphasizes mindful practices, allowing participants to explore their individual needs through the use of props, enhancing accessibility and comfort. Through a gentle approach, students will cultivate awareness of their bodies and breath, promoting relaxation and a deeper connection to their practice.

Boomer Yoga

This class is great for the matured body but is fine for all ages of adults, beginners or those who like a gentle, mindful class. Incorporated in this class is modifications for joint issues and arthritis and challenged backs. The emphasis is on balance, teaching supplemental home stretches for between practices, strengthening and practical anatomy.

Warm Flow

Experience a rejuvenating yoga session in a comfortably warm room designed to enhance your practice. With modifications and supportive guidance provided, this flow-style class welcomes participants of all skill levels to safely explore and deepen their movements.

Chair Yoga Mix

Chair Yoga Mix This class is designed specifically for those with physical limitations. Modifications are always offered so that the needs of each student are met. Students move through postures while seated in a chair and also while standing while using the chair for support and balance as needed. The class also places an emphasis on fostering greater mind body awareness. This is a 45-minute class.

Beginner's Yoga

The Beginner's Yoga class focuses on essential postures and breathing techniques designed to enhance relaxation and mindfulness. Participants will develop strength and flexibility while fostering a greater awareness of their physical and mental well-being.

Sunday Morning Yoga

Experience Sunday Morning Yoga, an online class that refreshes your spirit and boosts your well-being. Led by rotating instructors, sessions cater to all skill levels, creating a welcoming space for everyone to discover their flow and practice mindfulness.
